Golf in Buenos Aires & Patagonia

DAY 1- Arrival in Buenos Aires, meeting at the airport and transfer to the Hotel. In the afternoon private city tour

Hugging the central Easter coast is the capital city of Buenos Aires, the “Paris of South America”, one of the world’s largest cities and the continent’s cultural and financial centre.

Buenos Aires is a great metropolis with tradition places to discover the tango capital, It is also the most elegant and busy city in South America and is in some way the essence of the variety of the Argentinean.

DAY 2 - Breakfast and transfer to the Jockey Club. This course is one of the institutions with more prestige in Southamerica with 6635 yd. and par 72.

The Jockey Club is a club with a lot of tradition where all of the Argentine Presidents were members. It was founded in 1880 and has 36 holes designed by the best designer in the century Allister Mackenzie, the same designer as Augusta National, host of the Masters’ Tournament in the U.S.A. Its two courses (the blue and the red one) characterize for having holes for the strategic golfer. It was host of a great amount of the most important tournaments, such as the Republic Open, the World Cup, the European Tour and the amateurs’ championships. And the best golfers in history played here, too, such as Arnold Palmer, Sam Snead, Tom Watson, Gary Player, Craig Stadler, Byron Nelson, Sergio Garcia and many others.

DAY 3 - Breakfast and transfer to the Olivos GC, The course has currently 27 holes and it is considered one of the best in South America for its design and beauty.

Afternoon at leisure.

DAY 4 - Breakfast and golf in the Pilar GC.
Destined to be South America's premier golf course, this magnificent 18-hole, par 72 course of 7.123 yards already has critics raving about the beauty of its natural setting. Perfectly nestled in the rolling Argentinean countryside, the course winds around numerous lakes, wetland, native trees and ornamental grass outcroppings, it presents one of South America's truest and purest tests for golfers of all categories. The course was designed by the international architectural team at American Golf Course Design LTDA, South America's most prestigious design firm. Golfers will appreciate such details as the truest bent-grass putting surfaces, the finest hybrid Bermuda fairways, challenging white sand bunkers and expansive lakes, all designed and maintained to create an unforgettable golf experience. The golf course was host of the most important amateur and professional tournaments of the country. This year (December 2006) is going to be host of the 101 Argentine Open.

DAY 5 - Breakfast and transfer to the airport to take the morning flight to Bariloche. and transfer to the lovely Llao LLao Hotel. In this place the granite peaks and mystical forests of the Andes in western Patagonia cradle one of the world’s most beautiful courses –They say you can hear the silence. In the afternoon play golf in the southern argentine’s unique 18-hole course.

DAY 6 -  After breakfast transfer to the amazing Arelauquen GC.
This is a challenging course overlooked by Andean peaks and spreads over acres of green and hilly countryside. Balance of day on your own to enjoy this area. Sightseeing tours of the lakes and Bariloche can be arranged. Bariloche is an invitation to fun night life. Its discos are famous to those who live here, as well as to the many of tourists that visit the city.


DAY 7 - Breakfast and second round of golf in the southern argentine’s unique 18-hole course. The Llao Llao GC, rest of the afternoon at leisure for optional excursions, or visit Bariloche for a tour and dinner.

DAY 8 - Breakfast and morning at leisure.
In the afternoon transfer to the airport of Bariloche, return to Buenos Aires and connection with the International Airport
