GOLF ON TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Per person deposit will allow confirmation of accommodations, tee times and transportation. All hotels and golf courses in itinerary are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Full payment is due 60 days before departure.
- Tour price is based on Current Exchange Rate, at time of booking and is subject to change depending on the fluctuation of this rate.
- Cancellations must be in writing. A $100.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged, plus any expenses occurred, or deposits made, that cannot be refunded.
- Additional cancellations fees:
- 60 to 45 days before departure – full deposit and any nonrefundable fees.
- 44 -10 days before departure – 75% of package price plus any non-refundable fees
- 9 days or less – Full payment forfeited. Please note that we will try to obtain any refunds possible.
- If we do receive refunds, all but deposit amount will be passed on.
- Refunds will not be given for any unused portion of the trip.
Golf On Tour accepts personal checks, as method of payment.
Golf On Tour acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities or other services connected with their tours. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Golf On Tour and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Golf On Tour is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours/trips arranged by Golf On Tour. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy. If desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
